The Temerty Faculty of Medicine Diversity Advisory Council is hosting a learner-focused meeting.

For all learners enrolled at the University of Toronto (undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate).

The purpose of the meeting is to highlight and discuss several key initiatives that support EDI efforts for learners at Temerty. 

Speakers include:

  • Dr. Reena Pattani (Director of Learner Experience)
  • Dr. Tony Pignatiello (Associate Dean, Office of Learner Affairs), Dr. Pascal Tyrrell (Director of EDI, Institute of Medical Science)
  • Sophie Harding (Associate Registrar, Admissions, MD Program). 

Topics include:

  • learner mistreatment
  • resources available
  • EDI initiatives at the undergraduate, graduate, and post-graduate levels.

We would like to invite learners to attend this meeting where they will have an opportunity to engage with EDI leaders, share their experiences, and ask questions.

March 19, 2025 from 10:00am – 11:30am. In-person and virtual options will be available.
