How to raise a concern or complaint
In LMP, we are dedicated to creating a safe and welcoming place for all. Workplace incivility, harassment, and discrimination in any form are unacceptable and unwelcome at the University of Toronto.
If you are experiencing workplace incivility, harassment, or discrimination of any kind, please report it. Knowing what is happening is a step towards preventing it for others, or in the future.
Who to contact
You can contact the The Office of Clinical and Faculty Affairs through: Reporting Pathways for Faculty Concerns and Grievances. This provides options for either Clinical (MD) faculty, or non-clinical faulty.
You may raise concerns with the University by contacting any of the University’s 13 Divisional HR Offices or any of the University’s Equity offices across the St. George, UTM, and UTSC campuses.
A list of offices and their contact information is set out below. You may approach whichever HR office or any HR & Equity Professional you are most comfortable speaking with. You do not need to speak with your local Divisional HR Office.
If you are experiencing sexual violence or sexual harassment in the workplace, you may raise it with the Sexual Violence Prevention and Support Centre.
See a list of services, resources and shelters for faculty and staff, or for students.
