Robyn Ndikumana

Dr. Robyn Ndikumana is a Forensic Pathologist in the Provincial Forensic Pathology Unit, Ontario Forensic Pathology Service.

Primary duties involve consulting with investigating coroners and police agencies regarding the investigation of deaths with medicolegal significance, including providing opinions, advice, and guidance at scenes of death, performing and interpreting autopsies, and providing written medicolegal opinions regarding deaths. 

Research statement

I am interested in furthering my understanding of sudden and unexpected deaths that remain unexplained following a complete investigation, particularly as it relates to the molecular autopsy. I plan to continue to learn around my own cases, further my knowledge through courses and conferences, and publish findings that contribute to the advancement of forensic pathology.
