Room booking for graduate students in LMP

Who this information is for

- Research stream LMP graduate students
- CLAMPS members
- LMP Mentoring committee members

For students in Lab Medicine or TRP and your booking is not related to the above, please contact your program administrators.

This page is designed to help support you in booking rooms related to LMP meetings, events and or workshops. This information is not related to courses.

The Graduate Office works in collaboration with learning space management (LSM) to source and book rooms. If you are seeking a room, please do not make multiple requests through different means, you will not increase your chances of getting the booking you want. Please only come to the Graduate Office using the form provided below.

We will do our best to book the room you prefer but cannot guarantee the exact room. If your requested room is not available, we will provide an alternative option. Room bookings can be complicated and can take time. To give the best chance of getting what you want, please give as much lead time as possible.

To see some rooms:

  • There are three meeting rooms available on the 6th floor in MSB (MSB6222, MSB6303 and MSB6205). To view available times for these rooms please visit the Skedda web link.
  • You can view classroom descriptions and photographs located on the University of Toronto Campus on the Learning Space Management website

If you don’t have a specific room or building in mind, make a request and we will provide you with an option based on your requirements.
